20 Years of Nekrogoblikon - Felton, CA - VIP TICKETLESS UPGRADE
Some bands start off with a concept; others develop it along the way. Santa Barbara’s Nekrogoblikon is of the later ilk and the better for it. When they first began in 2006, they didn’t have their now infamous mascot, John Goblikon. He wouldn’t come around until 2012 when he first appeared in their video for “No One Survives.” Today, he’s not only the melodic metal band’s mascot, he even has his own podcast “Right Now With John Goblikon” and took over lead vocals (with Dickie Allen) in 2023 after original lead singer and founder, Nicky Calonne, announced his departure. -Mat Weir; Good Times Santa Cruz

The dancers form couples, and the couples form sets of two couples in long lines starting from the stage and going down the length of the dance hall. Throughout the course of a dance, couples progress up and down these lines, dancing with each other couple in the line. The dance is led by a caller who teaches the sequence of moves, called “figures,” in the dance before the music starts. ✨ No partner? No experience? No problem! A brief beginner lesson gets everyone ready to dance, and all ages and skill levels are welcome. 🎶 Live music by Against the Grain (acoustic traditional folk music) 🎤 Caller: Cheryl Graubart 👟 Easy-to-learn dances • Comfortable shoes • Lots of fun! 🕡 Doors: 6:30 PM 💃 Instruction: 7:00–7:30 PM 🎻 Dancing: 7:30–9:30 PM
A live music performance by WoodMill at Brookdale Lodge in a Friday night setting.
Shakedown Citi is a fresh new force on the jam band scene, born in the heart of a Grateful Dead parking lot at Citi Field in 2023. When the band’s members crossed paths on Shakedown Street, something clicked — and the music hasn’t stopped since. Rather than imitating the Dead, Shakedown Citi channels their spirit — creating spontaneous, soulful performances that feel alive, adventurous, and totally in the moment. Each set is a journey, full of unexpected twists, deep grooves, and musical conversation that pulls even the most skeptical listener into the vibe. Every Shakedown Citi show begins long before the first note. Each setlist is thoughtfully and meticulously crafted, balancing deep cuts and beloved anthems, rarities and reprises. No two nights are ever the same — each performance stands as a work of art on its own, alive in its moment, while also fitting into the larger patchwork of the repertoire. It’s not just a tribute — it’s the Dead reborn in real time.

All Bad, the latest album from Nick Shoulders, ultimately encapsulates everything that makes Shoulders’ inimitable form of country music so vital: a heady balance of dazzling musicianship and punk defiance, coupled with gritty eccentricity and a generational connection to the roots of the genre. With a singing style inherited from his family’s vocal lineage, Nick’s songs achieve the rare feat of imparting difficult truths while inciting a certain joyful abandon, balancing a sound forged by years of hard travel with a heartfelt reverence for the origins of country music. In the spirit of Hazel Dickens and Jimmy Driftwood, the incisive yet wildly jubilant All Badvocally objects to the reckless destruction of the natural landscape and development run rampant, while still offering plenty of joy and dance-ready rhythms. Spanning a variety of early country styles, the album’s infectious harmonies shine alongside everything from jangling cajun waltzes to surf-rock infused bluesy ballads–all tied together by a voice seemingly out of place in this century, yet ever ready to speak up about its problems.

Gill Landry with Kiki Cavacos LIVE at Lille Aeske Arthouse
Gill Landry with Kiki Cavacos Live at Lille Aeske Arthouse 12/12/2026 8 PM / Doors at 7 PM $40 Advance / $45 at the door MUSIC | ART | FOOD | DRINK Gill Landry is a two-time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and former member of Old Crow Medicine Show. Over the course of six solo albums, Landry has developed a body of original work rooted in American folk, country, blues, and the darker corners of the singer-songwriter tradition, marked by outcast characters, restless travel, and a dry, unsentimental lyricism. A Louisiana native and longtime road musician, he has spent more than two decades performing across the United States and Europe. His most recent album, Cinnamon Canyon Blues, was recorded in London and released in 2024. Kiki Cavazos is a Montana-born songwriter whose life has followed the same restless roads that run through her songs. After leaving home young, she traveled through Alaska and Mexico before landing in New Orleans, where she formed Sundown with Alynda Lee Segarra of Hurray for the Riff Raff and Sam Doores of The Deslondes. Her spare, deeply lived-in songs draw on heartbreak, wandering, mountains, trains and the disappearing American West, earning comparisons to Townes Van Zandt, Blaze Foley and Lucinda Williams. Cavazos has appeared at Newport Folk Festival and opened for Big Thief and The Deslondes. Her 2026 album Goodbye Blues, produced by Doores and released by Jalopy Records, captures her at her most elemental, with little more than acoustic guitar, voice and songs that feel less written than survived. More Info at: http://www.gilllandrymusic.com/ Authentic Indian food will be served before and during the show including Mango Lassi, Chai, Curries, and Biriyanis. See you at the Show!
