Please join Insight Santa Cruz Guiding Teacher Dawn Neal (or guest teachers) for a silent meditation followed by a Dharma talk. This offering will take place 15 minutes after ISC’s long-standing volunteer-led sit, which begins at 9 a.m. Interested practitioners can attend either, or combine the two sittings to form a short half day retreat. All are warmly welcome. Please come as you are.
