Harmonic Story Weavers

What stories are you leaving behind, and what new stories are you claiming? Circle up to be seen + heard and cheered as you step into your authentic self-expression. Includes group sharing, light movement and journaling. We will conclude with a soul-soothing sound bath to integrate and seal your inner shifts. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal and pen, a rattle if you like for the cheering, and any comfort items you need for the sound bath such as yoga mat, pillow, blanket, etc. **A minimum of 4 participants is required for this class to work, so please register early!
