The pace of your breath shifts throughout the session, creating a rhythm that helps release tension, unlock stuck emotions, and shift your consciousness. This powerful practice is accompanied by carefully curated music that guides the journey, allowing you to drop into your body and tune into the sensations, emotions, and insights stored within.
