Mushrooms: Wonders of the Woods! in Santa Cruz County

Join Carrie Staller from Fork in the Path for an interactive hour of hands-on fun exploring the fascinating world of mushrooms! Learn how to identify mushrooms, discover yummy edibles like chanterelles, morels, and porcini, and understand the difference between edible and poisonous varieties. We will have some specimens to touch and smell, and you are welcome to bring in your own. This program is perfect for curious minds of all ages eager to learn about the natural world. Registration is recommended, and walk-ins are welcome.
