Oil Paintings and Wine

My work is known for its bold, expressive use of color and energetic brushwork. I paint quickly and intuitively using brushes, palette knives, and texture tools, allowing each layer to build movement, light, and emotion. Whether I’m creating a richly textured oil painting or settling into a quiet afternoon with soft pastels arranged in a vintage dish, every piece begins with curiosity and play. I often work from my own photographs, but my goal isn’t simply to recreate a scene. Instead, I transform familiar landscapes into vibrant, dreamlike paintings that capture how a place feels rather than exactly how it looks.
