Remembering, Reimagining and Honoring: Indigenous Peoples & Futures
Join us on Oct. 12 from 11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at the Cardiff House as we gather in recognition of Indigenous Peoples’ Day. Together, we will honor Indigenous peoples and communities by remembering the past, acknowledging the present, and creatively envisioning the future. Enjoy food, community, meaningful conversation, and hands-on collage-making centered on reflection, connection, and Indigenous visibility. All are welcome to come together, learn, create, and be in community. The programs and services described here are open to all, consistent with state and federal law, as well as the University of California’s nondiscrimination policies. Every initiative—whether a student service, faculty program, or community event—is designed to be accessible, inclusive, and respectful of all identities.
