We're back for your favorite Sunday reset with Perch Sauna at the Davenport Roadhouse. Join us for a morning of cold water, warm heat and good company. From 11am–1pm, alternate between a self-guided ocean dip at Davenport Beach and a communal cedar sauna session to bring the warmth back. This is a pop-in, pop-out kind of day: come for the dip, stay for the sauna, or do both. Move between the cool water and heat at your own pace. No plunge? No problem — you're welcome to skip the cold water entirely and just keep cozy in the sauna. Between sessions, breathe in the coastal air, keep warm by the fire and swap stories. Bring a towel to sit on, a swimsuit, and water to stay hydrated. Whether you're a cold plunge regular, sauna only, or trying it all for the first time, come ready to feel completely reset. Ocean dips are at your own risk.
