Challenges with focus, follow-through, communication, and managing competing demands can impact performance, even when ability is not the issue. This session offers a practical approach to understanding and navigating ADHD in the workplace. Participants will learn how these patterns show up day-to-day, how they affect productivity and collaboration, and what to do about them. The workshop focuses on strategies for managing focus and follow-through, as well as identifying or adapting work environments that better support how you function. LEARN MORE & REGISTER
