San Lorenzo Park: Duck Island Music Festival

The Duck Island Festival is a family-friendly celebration in the heart of downtown Santa Cruz at San Lorenzo Park. There will be food trucks, a bar, vendors and more! The lineup: Mitchum Yacoub & The Brass Empire (Afrobeat, funk, and soul) Sonny & His Rhinestone Sunsets (Classic country-rock and honky-tonk shuffles) Trestles (Local rock and reggae rhythms) Dan P. & The Bricks (High-energy roots ska) Kaefan (Indie rock and groove) DJ Jared from People’s Disco (High energy dance DJ between the acts) Locals Love : The green space, nature and wildlife that shares the popular event focal point. First Timers Miss: The duck pond that used to surround the stage has been drained, making first timers wonder where the ducks and the island are. Insights: Bring low-back folding chairs, small blankets, refillable water bottles, and layers. Those coastal breezes can either bring a chill or warm you up!
